Therapeutic Mentoring

John received his Master's in Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University with a concentration in children and families. He worked on a post-masters internship at IWG as a clinical therapist for adults and children. Currently at IWG he is assisting in the development of the Therapeutic Mentoring Program. He will be the Early Intervention Manager as well as one of the mentors when the program launches. John has extensive experience working with at-risk children and families in the New Haven community and is a Head teacher of a therapeutic preschool. He has also worked with various mental illness and special needs children.
